Recently, over 160 Pentagon UFO files have been declassified as a result of President Trump’s wish for “maximum and complete transparency”. Some files were recorded decades ago, and some were spotted as recently as last week. Although the files had been classified in order to prevent mass panic and guard information on the United States’ strong military technology, military officials state their purpose in letting the public “draw their own conclusions”.
Included in these files, however, are UFO photos that have been released to the public in the past:

The file had originally been deferred as a “film defect”, however, new analysis strengthens the belief that the strange phenomena was actually an object. Also included in the files were newly sighted UFOS, as shown below:

The release of these declassified files have alien enthusiasts riling, maintaining the question of whether we are truly alone in the universe. Experts state there is little conclusive evidence of extraterrestrial life, saying the star shape (shown above) could be a result of a jet engine disrupting the camera. Astrophysicist Avi Loeb explains that although the UFO files can be explained with modern technology or faulty cameras, the government’s decision to release the files indicates a large step forward for the administration. Stephen King, a renowned science fiction and horror author, describes the dangers in meeting aliens, comparing it to Christopher Columbus’s arrival to the Americas. Flying saucers or no, experts agree these files are a help to the advancement of science and technology.
